We have been working with Bürkert for many years. The washing recipe differs depending on the type of cheese. Bürkert's robust valve solutions ensure precise control of steam and fresh water temperature, enabling the stainless steel systems to wash the cheese with maximum efficiency. They also allow residue-free cleaning in CIP processes.
