Storage tray washer

Our storage tray washer made of Inox stainless steel is a fully automatic machine for cleaning and disinfecting trays including the boards. Size and weight are individually tailored to your needs and the round forms ensure perfect hygiene. All storage tray washers from Inoxstahlbau are CIP-capable. On request, we can equip them with automatic doors, a concentrate supply line from the outside, various heating options and other extras.

But how does our board washer work and why is it particularly sustainable? Dirt and residues after ripening are removed by circulating the different phases in the cleaning cabin. During this process, the conductance of the cleaning solution is constantly monitored and, if necessary, dosed via identical SERA dosing pumps with stainless steel heads. The acidic and basic solution as well as the rinsing water are stacked and reused. The stacking tanks are insulated and equipped with the necessary measuring fittings and an overflow. The main wash chamber is also insulated to keep heat radiation to a minimum.
